Project Overview

Infinity Construction was commissioned to transform a dilapidated guest house into a high-spec 14-bedroom HMO for a local developer. This extensive renovation required a complete structural overhaul, including the removal of the existing roof to create three brand-new, fully equipped flats in the loft space.

Significant demolition and reconfiguration were undertaken to align the property with the client’s architectural plans. Each double room was designed with built-in wardrobes and en-suite bathrooms, while eight of the rooms were further enhanced with kitchenettes. The main kitchen and dining area were relocated to the rear of the property, and the coach house underwent a full refurbishment, along with the complete reconstruction of the plant room.
