Project Overview

Infinity Construction was commissioned to design and build a commercial office and warehouse space for a rapidly expanding business. Collaborating with the client from the initial concept, we were entrusted to manage the entire design and construction process with minimal input from the busy client, ensuring a seamless and efficient project delivery.

The structure features a steel-fabricated substructure combined with timber-framed eco joists, wall panels, and roof trusses. The exterior showcases a contemporary finish with red cedar vertical battens, complemented by aluminum windows, doors, and roofing. Internally, the space includes senior staff offices, a meeting room with bespoke acoustic glass partitions, a bathroom, W/Cs, a kitchen, and a dedicated data/comms room.
