Project Overview

Infinity Construction was commissioned to enhance this property with a single-storey rear extension, creating a seamless and functional open-plan living space.

The project involved stripping out the existing kitchen and demolishing the rear wall to extend the space, allowing for a larger open-plan kitchen, dining area, and a separate utility room. The installation of slimline sliding doors with a flush threshold seamlessly connects the interior to the outdoors, while the centrally positioned roof lantern floods the entire space with natural light.

Externally, a sleek porcelain patio wraps around the property, incorporating a sunken hot tub. Thoughtfully designed ambient lighting transforms the garden into a striking evening retreat, ensuring a perfect blend of style and relaxation.
