The Water Tower

Conversion

Crawley, West Sussex

Project Type
Disused Water Tower Conversion into Grand Design-Style Residence

Location
Pease Pottage, Crawley, West Sussex

Project Overview

Infinity Construction proudly partnered with the client to transform a disused water tower into a bespoke, high-end residence that captures the essence of modern architectural design.

The project began with the removal of the tower’s existing concrete roof, followed by a comprehensive 3D scan of the structure. This advanced scanning process ensured the structural steel components were fabricated with millimeter precision. With the steel framework in place, our team expertly constructed curved partition walls, installed floor joists and flooring, and assisted in shaping the concaved roof structure. We meticulously crafted and fitted custom door linings, hung doors, and installed skirting and architraves throughout the property. To complete the exterior, the entire façade was wrapped in sustainably sourced Siberian Larch cladding, enhancing both aesthetics and durability.
